A HOT Day In The Park

It was a hot one in the park today. The workout was 15 squats, 10 push-ups, 5 pull-ups, then run 200m. Scored by number of rounds completed in 20 minutes.

Fight Gone Bad

Today’s morning workout was Fight Gone Bad. One minute each of wall ball, sumo deadlift high pull, box jump, rowing, and push press. Rest one minute and repeat two more times.
