Getting Started
If you have no idea what CrossFit is or what we do I suggest taking some time to read What is Fitness by Gregg Glassman. It lays out what CrossFit is, what it isn’t, and why you should try it. The next step would be to come to one of the free Saturday “Pain in the Grass” workouts and experience CrossFit for yourself. After that we can discuss your goals, needs, and expectations to improve your fitness.
If you already have some CF experience feel free to come out for a Saturday workout or schedule a day to drop-in on one of the Tuesday/Thursday classes.
